Herbicides you can use: Clethodim for grass, IMOX for both, butyrac 200/2-4DB for broadleaves but that will kill the chicory

Pros:

-Requires frequent clipping

-Requires a lot of potassium per year

-Not as cold tolerant as many other mixes
