In completing a reservation,
you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:
You shall have and possess, at your expense, a valid Illinois hunting license that covers the species for which you have a reserved hunt. You may only hunt with one of our guides. The guide will determine the classification of all bucks or other animals harvested by you in the guide’s sole and complete discretion.
You shall maintain safe gun handling practices and follow all directions of our guides. Advance reservations with a $1000.00 nonrefundable deposit are required to confirm your booking on all hunts. Balance owed for the hunt and any success fee(s)shall be paid immediately upon conclusion via cash, money order, cashier’s check, wire transfer or credit card. If you pay the balance of the hunt with a credit card, we charge a 3.5% transaction fee. Your hunt is booked with us for a particular week or dates in a season.
If you are unable to attend your hunt on the dates booked, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to re-book your hunt within the season or the following season, subject to availability. Hunts are not guaranteed.
You will be responsible for payment on any animal you injure or draw blood. We will use best efforts to track and recover all wounded animals.
You assume all risk of loss associated with the hunt and related activities including any injuries, loss of life or other damages to you or any participant. Unless otherwise agreed to by us, you must supply all equipment that you desire to use with respect to any hunt.
You hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold Briggs Outfitters, LLC and/or Briggs Brothers, LLC harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, injuries, accidents or actions of any kind whatsoever resulting from or arising out of a hunt or your use of the land, including indemnifying us from any such liabilities resulting from or arising out of any loss, injury or death of any attendee on the hunt.
